Yes, the name of our store came from "ABFAB" or "Absolutely Fabulous," the cult British comedy series from the 1990's. We'll leave you to guess who's Edina and who's Patsy! Saffie, however, works in our art gallery.

We presently charge a flat rate of 5% for ground shipping in the USA on purchases through our web site. We will pick the most efficient and effective shipping method for your purchase, usually either First Class Mail or FedEx Ground.
If you want a particular shipping carrier, just let us know and we'll be happy to accomodate you, although there may be an additional charge. Shipping outside the USA will incur additional charges. Express shipping will incur additional charges. In these cases when the website processes your order it will only show the flat 5% rate for ground shipping. When we review your order, and you have requested special, express, or international service, we will contact you to let you know what additional charges are necessary and receive your approval before charging you and shipping your order.
We do not charge any additional "handling" charges on expedited shipping, only the actual shipping costs. We recycle packing materials when possible to reduce costs and help preserve our environment.
CONTACTING YOU
We may need to contact you for additional information after we review your order. Please make sure that during the checkout process you give us a valid email address that you check regularly and that will not send our messages to a spam folder. If you do not check your email please tell us to contact you by phone. You can indicate this in the comment section of the checkout process.
OUR STORY
We began in an actual store at the very tip of Cape Cod, right on the harbor in Provincetown, Massachusetts, USA. Our store started in a cobblestone courtyard on Commercial Street and meandered back to the water through seven gallery and retail spaces, finally reaching our beautiful pier in the harbor.
We have been in business since 1995, working to grow and improve each year. We represent many local artists, and also sell products from businesses and artisans around the nation and the world.
Our goals are excellence in service, selection, design, and a fair price. We believe there's something special about each item we sell.
We strive to work by the Golden Rule, to treat customers, suppliers, employees, and artists as we would like to be treated. We appreciate your business, and guarantee your satisfaction. We have not reached perfection, but we mean well!
